To be perfectly honest she isn’t all that concerned about the other side of this curse. Conceive an egg or get caught and she’ll be stuck forever as a pokemon. But it isn’t really something that really concerns her all that much. If she gets caught, she gets caught. She’ll do whatever she can to avoid that in particular. Having fully understood, now, what it’s like from the other side, of how much harm can be done when attacked, it makes it hard to want to harm other pokemon. And being a trainer’s pokemon would remove all agency from her. And if that is her fate then she’ll just have to deal with it. As for the other out that she had been told about, assuming that it is true, she wouldn’t be all that concerned. That isn’t to say she was at all inclined to just throw herself at the first pokemon she met to free her from the curse. But if she found that special someone, she wouldn’t mind being stuck as a pokemon the rest of her life. It’d also mean not having to transfer the curse to anyone else. In her mind so long as she has this condition she’s a threat to her own friends.
