The other day I found this huge pile of old drawings that I thought I had gotten rid of years ago. This drawing of Pit in particular caught my interest because while I actually remember most of the other old stuff looking through that pile (a bunch of them can be seen hiding in my dA gallery even) I don't remember drawing this picture at ALL. I never put it on dA or anything. So I have no idea how old it is, but it does remind me of my earliest drawings of him, which means it must've been around the time I first heard about/played Uprising. It very well could be the first Pit I ever drew.it's really mysterious .-.
I thought my style had probably changed since then so I drew it again to compare them. There are little differences, such as no longer having two right hands, but it's not actually that drastic.

From my observation, you style seems to have gone cartoonier over the years. It also looks like you have more control in your newer picture while the previous one seems to be drawn on a whim.
Again, it was just an observation.

Like I said before, I can't remember anything about that drawing, but seeing the sheer number of errors I made you're probably right :U
The wings especially look like I just gave up on them. They look like artichokes.
The cartoony thing I can agree with though. Old Pit seems to be a remnant of my chibi phase but he otherwise looks a bit more like the official style than current Pit does.

Yeah, those wings are definitely an example of that. XD
It does looke closer to the official style, but I still prefer the newer one. ^^ Seems to reflect more of who you are.
