... don't we?...Anyways, this is for 's project, which can be found here, by the way [link] and which is a very original idea to keep us busy and to do something neat at the same time!
Yeah, these secrets are pretty much serious issues... well, except for Elle, who just wants to spread love arround <3~
I had a lot of fun doing this, and I could get to practice my very, VERY scarce shading skills as well! IT HAZ BEEN SO FUNZ

I wanted to do this with my characters, but I really can't. Rikku's only secret is that the rest of his family is dead, but he'll freely admit it. Arkae's an open book and Relic is too young to have a secret. Li'l J and La'ana really only have one secret, and it's the same for both of them. Kip and Tsu are the only ones I could really work with...

Actually Egbert is the sweetest guy arround and really doesn't like to fight. xD He preffers to reason with his opponents by having a good conversation in the first place.
The thing is, if you piss him off, he kinda flips out O-o and that's when things get rough.

I won't be doing similar, partly because I've only just started drawing and I don't want my first drawn interpretation of the teams to be their guilty secrets and partly because I wouldn't think they really have any (and even if they did, Team Dark Stars have no regrets).
Hmm... Actually, on that thought, I just had an idea. Can you do one on my behalf? I'll happily tell you what would be on it and stuff, but could you actually draw it?
Especially if you use that fabulous shading.

I was so moved and felt bad for them... until I saw Elle's XP
The shading is great, just one thing: If you're useing the Burn tool, you could also use the Dodge tool the lighten up things, like the gem on Bekke's chest or Zibb's spike.

I'm not using the burn tool, I'm actually using the brush with a decreased oppacity x3

It was basically the same, as it turned out
Nevertheless, your method was a bit more complicated, and thus I still prefer GIMP - with the method you mentioned, you have to mess arround with a series of factors and find an equilibrium between them, whereas in GIMP I just have to set one of the values (and they're just two) at the maximum and the other at the minimum, which ends up saving a lot of time!
