Anyways, awesome picture. It's sad and creepy but slightly happy (in a creepy way). As someone else said here in the comments, the huge smile on the teddy's mouth really contributes to the creepiness.

The way that he stares, with the happy type open mouth, head to the side, it enhances the creepiness. I feel as if he's taunting me, too, for some reason.

I love the simplicity, regarding tones and concept, but the soap bottle is a bit of a distraction. Awesome symmetry though. Keep it up!
