Description
Restarted one of my projects. So heres another new character design, for my new project idea lol.Her name is Zetsume. She symbolises despair and entrapment. A complete opposite of Aiko [link]
Zetsume weilds dual hand guns that are attached to chains, which symbolise being locked and caged with no freedom. As opposed to Aiko's silhouette of wings. She also wears blue, her favorite colour. Showing that unlike Aiko, she embraces her own existence.
Zetsume's sense of being trapped and caged is because shes binded to her duties since creation. Zetsume comes to envy Aiko's freedom.
The crosses on Zetsume's clothing are because.. my initial idea for Aiko was that she was a vampire(or vampire related anyways). But now... I seem to need a new reason lol besides that "ohh I think it looks nice like that

Aww damn. I thought Zetsume would be like a derivative of "Zetsubou", since zetsubou doesn't sound as good for a name

I only knew that because I watched "Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei" main character's name, when squeezed together gives you Zetsubou, his brother, who is a docter, when his name is squeezed together, gives you Zetsume, Dr. Death, how horrible. But at least it helped you, surprisingly.

This is so beautiful. Even though you restricted this image to only have 2 colors, that was enough for you to show enough detail and the complexity of the design. Its so awesome!
