Here is a reference picture of what Shinryu looks like in his dragon hybrid form. I’m still working on making a new backstory for him, but he was once a full fledged dragon that lost most of his powers from being cursed by an evil cult named the Church of Night. Shinryu Meets the Arbitrators and they help him break his curse and reclaim most of his dragon powers.
