Description
Every Arbitrator is given a Hero ID card that identifies them as an Official member of the Arbitrators. Upon passing Athen's Academy, you are given a card that shows you are a official hero and can work with other felow Arbitrators. This card also give you clearance on certain levels of the Arbitrator's secrutiy depending on how much expirence you have. This was a bit tuff, but I am happy with the results.
