So Princia Ramode challenged her idol Samurai Goroh for a 1-on-1 race, Goroh agreed under one condition, if he wins he gets to tickle her feet for 15 minutes straight using whatever means he pleases, never being foot tickled before Ramode naively agrees since it didn't sound so bad at the time and she was curious about how it felt. Needless to say, the race didn't end up well for Ramode who now had to abide by the rules of the dare.

Mr.Zero takes her a picture to capture the moment as Goroh heads back to his racing machine to look for some rope.
