This fight would be the most epic fight ever second only to 'Dio versus Sephiroth'. The raw awesome from that fight would destroy the universe.
Dio would have to win, unless he's actually fighting in a hangar where he is exposed to sunlight. He can stop time, threw crap, punch through metal and let's not forget his eyebeams! 'Space Ripper Stingy Eyes' beats any armor!
