Yeah, another planet. I tried some things differently... It's getting there. x_xThis is probably the most realistic one so far. (Excepting the MEGARAINBOWNEBULAOFSHINYDOOM.)
I haaaaate clouds. xD
EDIT 1/22/2007:
I fixed some errors with with the atmosphere, and added a glow from the nebula on the dark side of the planet.

A very nice creation of a planet. It looks like you put a lot of effort into this. Just curious, if you can remember, how long did this take you? Moreover, is your Nebula type thing suppose to be near the planet in space or far away? If its suppose to be far away, I would suggest making the colors just a little duller, because dark colors tend to move back in space in a picture, and by doing that, you will make the nebula look like its further in space. However, if the nebula is suppose to be coming out of the planet, then ignore my suggestion. By the way, Great Job!

It took me a couple of hours, I think. I don't remember exactly how long it was. The nebula is supposed to be close as far as cosmic scaling is concerned, but not /on top/ of the planet. I guess it really should be darker, but I liked it really shiny. ;3

Yep. I want to do a movie with alien guinea pigs so maybe I will make a planet for the poster lol. I dunno yet that is out finale but I am always thinking ahead.

That I do lol. I started the one but some of the instrutions where lacking and I gave up. I am not even sure if I will be allowed.....in fact it might only be one planet in the night sky. *plot, plot, plot*
