Oh my goodness.
You're really trying something you don't often do here (that more realism in your I was talking about) there's so much technical stuff I could say about this that a comment about how to realistically improve on this might turn into a book.
That's not to say that I think this is bad! It's really good! It's just... a lot of what you've done here is stuff that's really difficult, but right up my alley, both because I feel comfortable with the subject and because I could give both technically/specific advice and general-art-studies advice.
I could also as if you referenced a photo for the shadow, and if there was was more to this picture, or if that's just another drawing on the same paper there.
