Well, she looks cute in terms of design. And if her personality shines through, along with her choice of clothes, I guess that could translate to "hot".
Like, some people can find nerds hot even if they're not designed to look hot. But just having their personality come through and having them do stuff that peaks people's interest, as well as having a nice design people like to look at, they could be considered "hot".

Yeah. That or it could be the clothes she's wearing. A belly shirt, short shorts that tighten around her behind, her leggings, boots, etc.
Oh, no, not at all. I mean, from a technical perspective, it's not drawn perfectly, so one could complain about the anatomy. But it looks fine to me. That and you did mention the eyebrows.

It's kind of my first time.... sort of doing something like this and it's not getting as much attention as my other drawings. Maybe it's just or the time I posted this. From where I live, it's late and a week day. The drawing I did a few back blew up quickly! Im trying to figure out what people like.
