Android 16 was my favorite Android in DBZ. He's like me due to the fact that I care about life and the animals in the world, and wish that no harm comes to any of it.

good job on the character. I would suggest just a little bit more work on the background. The Grass doesn't seem to match the grass in dragonball Z. And the dust cloud should be a little transparent.
