Really like this character design. It's very imaginative and I've always like the mechanical fantasy mix. If there is one thing I would say to watch out for. Is the reflective light source from the glowing parts. I love the reflective light use on the upper chest and would like to see that used a little bit more. The light coming out of the hands should be bouncing some orange like on the legs. I think if you add just a touch of that it would really make the character pop out even more. You color choices are really great as well.
