The lighting is very well done, and the fact you made the puppet part of him have red eyes as well gives it a creepy glow. Definitely would make someone say: "Nope! I quit!" And run out exit and never come back. Especially if the darn thing was almost right next to them.

The lighting actually seems pretty good here, but you could try making it look more like someone's pointing a flashlight at him, rather than there being ambient light.
Those eyes are terrifying, for some reason...
EDIT: Not that all of your other lighting sucked, mind you! Just saying, this seems to be a bigger improvement.
