I just realized that I have been a Sailor Moon fan for over a decade and have never drawn Sailor Cosmos! I have rectified that situation.On a related note, it is just as hard to bring interest and depth to a character that is almost entirely dressed in white, with white hair and a white staff.
Of course, Sailor Moon belongs to its respective copy right holders and not to me

Yep, you got the skirt right. She also appears with the long, flowy gown too, I believe. All my Sailor Moon Manga are back at home in Ohio so I can't confirm my memory! T_T Nicely done.

In some of the drawings she has a long flowing cape, but I decided to leave it out

I'm not sure on the length of it since she appeared so shortly in the manga, but all the other girls had pretty short skirts in stars.
