EDIT: It seems a majority of people who use this meme don't really understand what I mean by "under-appreciated". This meme was made to showcase characters who are not well-known, NOT characters who get too much hate. Sorry if that wasn't clear.
Okay, LAST meme, I swear. XDD
I just thought this one was a really good idea, since it's something that I'm sure bugs a lot of people. Especially me.
How To Use
- Download
- Open in Photoshop, SAI, or another program that can work with layers
- Paste images into second layer (resize images to fit)
- Use text/pen tool to write the names of the characters underneath the boxes
REMEMBER! It's NOT limited to animated characters! Please, DON'T fill it up with OCs. It already happened once. My Top 10:

You know, it's virtually impossible to make an underrated characters list, but it is possible to make an overHATED characters list for those you feel get attacked too much.

What I was saying is that people tend to show it's impossible to find which characters are ignored the most. For example; Flygon. They say it's underrated when it's twice as popular as Salamence.
