As I strongly believe in giving back to the community. so heres a little tutorial of how to create animated designs. if you want to see an example, you can go here: [link] AND here: [link] These animations i made using photoshop and imageready.

The Pack Includes:

you really save my life the last part of your tutorial is what i need plus i learned more. i was crazy finding why i can't see the animation.THANKS A LOT the deviant tip was the answer.I hate to say this but i love you man thank you so much

Hey there, thanks for the great tutorial.
I just have two questions:
1. Can you make animations without ImageReady?
2. How do I stop all the layers merging when I save?

You r welcome.
1. There is an option called 'animation' in the windows menu on the photoshop menu bar. If you click on it, a similar animation window will open as in ImageReady. You can perform the same steps in that window.
2. As of merging the layers, can you be more specific ? Like r they merging when you switch to ImageReady ? In that case before you click on the ImageReady icon, turn off all the layers, but 1, which is the starting 1st slide layer.

Thanks, and don't worry about the second question, I figured it out after a while. i just had to save it so that it was compatible with the internet.

I was looking that up on google. Apparently, cs3 doesn't come with imageready.
But there is a solution. In your photoshop window go to 'Windows' menu and click(turn on) on 'Animation' option. and you will see a window similar to Imageready at the bottom. and you can follow the same steps right in photoshop.

Very helpful and actually that was the easiest tutorial about animation I have ever seen. Others were very complicated to follow while yours was simple and clear, just how a tutorial should look like.

Good tutorial although it is a bit tedious for what it is? I mean that there are much more complex tutorials to follow rather than erasing and duplicating layers (Still a well written and easy to understand tutorial)

or there are other ways creating animation ?
I would really like to see a link if you would be kind enough to show me.
coz i think my way is very long and frustrating... only easy part is the repeating the same thing over n over.
