This guy was made for my niece who wanted a "big squishy" squid to cuddle at night so this is what I came up with for her. I found a small pattern on Pinterest for a simialr squid so I drew out this guy based loosly on that pattern with the main differences being the tentacles, his base and the little side fins
I was also requested to make it in her favorite football team colors so that is why he is the Bright Orange and Royal Blue of the Florida Gators
Squidy is about 3' tall from his base to the top of his fins with his regular tentacles being 2.5' long and his 2 long tentacles being 3.5' long. He is made from Fleece and corduroy with ironed on Felt eyes.

once I figured out the correct shape it wasn't too bad! and yeah she has already told me that her squidy needs a few babies so it looks like I will be making a couple of them to go with

I know! She is wanting a bright blue one, a lime green one and I get to pick the color of the 3rd one as long as it matches the other 2

yeah he is big! A little over 3 feet tall not counting his tentacles and about 2 feet wide! and yeah she uses him as a pillow all over her house!
