You can alter it to be male or female, based on preference. (Edit// This used to be a set, but it's more efficient to have just one image/deviation per pose.)
(Edit// Altered size so that's it's less huge and fixed contrast/shading. Basically just updated a really old and not-that-great base into a better, more recent one.)

I used a reference image from with her permission.
