My Lady Subaru cosplay for Supanova 2010. Subaru has been one of my dream costumes ever since I first watched the series, so I'm really happy that I finally made her cosplay

You could find a dressmaker who could make the costume for you. Maybe check your local newspaper or look for fliers of ppl advertising their service
