Guess who finally passed the main storyline of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of the Sky~? After months and MONTHS of being stuck on the pre-last dungeon and the famous 'farewell' scene that I've been DYING to see for myself after seeing all the fanart of it. So yes. :u DOODLES.I think I fell in love with these guys all over again. c': I gave D'Jok a bit more of an attitude instead of making him a typical 'good-guy'. So I like him far more now, and I've been doing a nuzlocke or two with him as a trainer character, since that's what he was originally meant to be. And since PMD does state that the MC was indeed a human before, it sorta fits into the timelines in a way. :u Yay~? I changed his eye colour as well, since I wanted him to look a bit more unique while sticking close to the original riolu colours as well. I also got really annoyed with drawing his goggles so as a plot related thing he starts wearing the goggles around his neck instead of on his head. :I Because those goggles have sentimental value he nearly drowned when trying to get them back after they got loose in deep water. From them on he wears them around his neck, making it less likely for them to fall off.
Verity also got a few colour updates, mostly the leg stockings are now lighter since the dark brown ones just looked kinda... mismatching to me... :T But yes. Team Pokepic~ ('Poke'mon - E'pic'). Yeah I'm lame. Shut up.

Thanks c: and yes I am. I have been making my way through the post-game as well, though I'm stuck in the middle of Miracle Sea. :T The last 4 floors before the Gyrados boss. Sigh. Atleast ONE of my teammates always gets knocked out. I'm out of reviver seeds because my teammates used most up and Verity, who would be useful in this fight with her confusion and imprison moves always keeps getting blocked by other party members. :I Half way tempted to send the other two home. Verity and D'Jok seemed to do perfectly fine with the 'confuse, imprison and hit' strategy. So yeah. I'm going to try it with just the two of them but if that doesnt work I'll have to leave the dungeon and go to other things to gain levels and items. |D ...Bidoof's Wish is being sort of annoying as well towards the end. Did I miss something..? Tackle doesnt seem to do much on anything.
Aw thank you. c: I think the Spinda Cafe is one of my favorite parts of the game. I used to just ignore it but I then started to have fun with it. Too bad it's not in Darkness or Time. :c I did order Darkness just for the sake of not resetting my file. |D

you're welcome! augh, its always such a pain when that happens |D and you've got a fire-type on your team too, that's gonna make everything harder by far. there are too many dang water dungeons gdi i wish you luck, though!
i havent played that special episode in such a long time but i do recall that the dungeon is particularly sucky one to run through! aside from level grinding, i'd recommend getting your hands on items that either inflict damage or status abilities (blast seeds, x-eye seeds etc) especially for the fight at the end.
spinda's cafe is such a cute mechanic! it used to be an (in-game) daily routine to stop in at spinda's cafe before going into a dungeon. and that is one of the issues with earlier-installment games, they don't have all the perks of their successors :c

Sob. I ended up resetting the game lol. I decided to rethink my strategy and actually train up some party members. A grass or elec type would really help. Got a Lotad earlier and thinking of keeping it around since its both water and grass, so thats helpful. I wanted to try and get a Froatzel in honor of one of my first ever team members back in Platinum, or a Lapras since it was helpful when I got her in that stupid dungeon after she knocked out my Froatzel. >:I I named her Killer. But yeah, hope to get them again. For an elec type I sorta either want a mareep etc or an electrike since I always liked their designs. c: hmm... I'll have to see...
And yeah, I do that in my main file but there it's kinda hard because it solely depends on luck of what items you find in the randomized dungeon. I dont think I can buy anything since the money Bidoof has is essential to the plot of the story. :T Kind of annoying. With 7,000 pokedollars I could of easily stocked up on items or useful TMs. Tackle just isnt doing anything. :I
Yeah I turned it into a habit too. xD Atleast if I have the appropriate gummis. I'll try to store some gummis I dont need since the colours are for individual typings and stuff. Like Orange is for fighting and red for fire etc. I sorta just drank all I had and they usually dont do much to help. So I may as well save them for possible future party members or sell them to buy the needed gummis. |D

yeaaaaah thats what i always disliked about the special episodes; the inability to buy/store items like you would in the main game can be such a disadvantage at times. :1

Yup xD I felt kinda sad though since I worked so hard on that last file. Oh well, you live and learn. I reset the game before since I always ran short of healing items. Now I know to save the ones I find for major missions and train more to avoid the need to use them as often. Now it just comes down to the team strengths. I think I can get by this time.
Yeah.. :T I really wanna do the next ep. The one with Wiggleytuff's backstory. xD I wanna know what his story is like.
