Asante-Sana and I have been having ideas for reboots of our lion stories and we've been tying together some of the events that go on in those stories, and have characters related to eachother. Plus it's more of an original lion universe rather than retellings of TLK, focusing more or real lion behaviors (to extents of course), more complex designs and just new ideas all together on how their world works.These are some of Vance's lionesses. Atleast the ones I go around to redesigning today aha. A lot of the others didn't have solid designs or names so I focused on the ones who I showed in the comic before (minus some I didnt like anymore).
Savannah - Vance's first and main mate.
Latifu - Vance's and Savannah's close friends, one of the first pride members.
Hasana - Vance and Savannah's daughter.
Serai - No current relations.
Ashanti - One of Vance's other mates.
Sage - Vance and Ashanti's daughter. Hasana's age.
Chiku - Had mated with Zander, mother of Chaka (neither lion is of Vance's pride). Cousin of Jaha and Naomi.
Imyra - No known relations. Young female, Hasana's age.
Jaha - Half-sister to Naomi. Cousin of Chiku.
Naomi - Half-sister to Jaha. Cousin of Chiku.

Maybe who should go with Asante was Imyra... She and one of my characters were mates on our previous stories. I need to get his design updated, but I'm pretty sure he had a similar design to Chaka :3 besides, I believe Chiku is around Savannah's age..? Since Chaka and Imyra were same age before. I'm already having Kendra and a lioness I'll rename Ona as older females. I'm good with either of them, though ^^
Do do you have that old pic of yours of all the lion's on Nova's pride? I'm almost sure he was there.
I think my favorite designs here are Latifu's (I love her to death still), Imyra's, and Naomi's

They can both go. xD I don't mind. But yes, that's true. I'm pretty sure your lion was also called Chaka. I do like Latifu. xD She really stands out from most other lionesses due to her dark pelt. c: Also I'm really liking Sage. xD Ya know, that one cub from the last comic page I posted. I can just imagine her personality being awesome. I should use her more... Maybe find her a nice male to mate with in the future. :u She is also now Vance's other daughter too so... yay? xD Vance is just gaining development as of late. I doodled him after he gets overthrown. He's a pretty sad sight compare to his usually proud and strong appearance. The old dude needs a hug. :c

Ahhh yeah. Our crazy almost set of twins xD and I did draw 2 once, but she didn't have a storyline. I might make her design Ona's, or a lioness from Adrian's pride (they seriously need more members after half of their pride is gone). Any ideas?
and I don't mind having the two cuties in Marcus' pride :3Β
idk, right now I'm having them as Asante, Safiya, Halla (who now has no relation to Asante - might be Ushari's sister - and is just a pride member... Keeping her design though), Tisha (who was originally Kendra's daughter, but now I'm using the name to a design of a really sure character in the old story, and now she's unrelated), Ona maybe, Nikita, Chiku and Imyra. So eight lionesses for now. Might add one or two more depending on Keaton's Kai's story :3
males I'm really undecided about. Probably Marcus, Marlo, Mosi (now unrelated too), and... Idk, probably two of Keaton's males. Large pride but the best I could shrink :/Β
and tons of cubs. Yeah.Β

Man, idk. xD I still need to fill up Vance's pride. And the pride from where Ronnso and Zander are from... And Nova's pride after he takes the land back. There will me familiar faces here and there as the leaderships switch but generally they're all lacking, so if /you/ got some ocs you want to include be my guest. xD Seriously, the 'evil' pride only has like... 5 members right now. And 4 of them are males. :I (Kaaji-Zander and Ronnso's dad, the two brothers, Nova's mother, and Chaka.) Need some females, man.

My prides need more females and cubs. :T or adols atleast. Hmm... *thinkthink* I'm sure I can use some of my adopted designs... tons of those. Though a lot no longer appeal to my tastes so damn. :T

Yeah, all my prides have tons of males lately :/ Thankfully not Asante's, but other than that... Adrian's pride (which will now be Saka's), has like... Marcus' mom, Asante's mom, Marlo's mom, Cazanna and Basil. Oh, and Kira. Bleh.Β
I'm partially considering making Chaka and Chaka brothers, with with one of said Chakas getting a much-needed rename. Maybe if you want you can keep that design you liked? #2 of that set? Then we can trade her cubbies with whichever if my prides needs cubbies xD
he might have xD he looks darn handsome now, though.
and yeah :3 Not sure of who's the father, but she'll have two or three cubs. I'm keeping two of them, a male that will leave with Elijah when he goes to find his own land, and a female who was once Adanna, one of Kai's cubs.Β
I'm having the same problem actually. I really liked those designs when I adopted them, now... Meh. Though I might revamp a good deal of them to make them on this style, then adopt them out.Β
I will! I just need the courage to sit down and type :c classes started so things are a little busy atm. I'll get to it today or tommorrow, and remind me if I forget it okay?Β

and hmm... I guess they look sorta similar... Maybe half-brothers since their colours don't exactly match the mix of being Zander's and Chikus. The eyes mainly... Seems like your cub's mane colour is a bit of a darker red than Chiku's. The deep red wouldnt match the mix of parents. Maybe half-brothers then... Chiku was only with Zander like once and lives with Vance's pride mostly. Chaka on the other hand Im unsure of where he is.
But yeah, if the two were to be half-brothers I think your cub would of had another dad. :T Though they seem to be the same age... Hm... ....Can't lionesses get pregnant from two males at the same time? I saw HydraCarina use that for the cubs of her comic. And I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that that can happen. :I Excuse me if I'm wrong, my internet is terrible so I can't check. But yeah... they could be from the same litter, just have different dads..?
And I can have 2 from those adopts? .3. Sure? It would be nice to have another female.. hmmm... only if youre sure. xD but yeah, we could trade cubbies anyways. Hm... I should work on designing some more cubs for Vance's pride. He's the lead male so he probably mated with a number of his lionesses so the majority of the cubs would be his. There seems to be a big lack of either cubs of his offspring in general in this pride. :I *rolls off to doodle* CUBBIES.
I'm so sad bro. :c Squishy has a mate but I loved that dork for a while now. sigh. I love his colours... I think you mentioned one of your friends has his mate? If they are cool with it could one of my lionesses breed with him at some point or receive one of his cubs through trade? :I I want his pretty colours and pretty hazel eyes man. ;A; but ya know. If your friend is cool with it. xD

Yeah... I mean, Im okay with them but I think some look a little to.. 'pale' for my liking... Some are okay but meh... I'm guilty of making a lot of my lions pale too though. If you look at Vance's original family members the pale-ness is clear if compared to the other lionesses.
