I will be re-coloring the reference I made for Yukimitsu. The face looked funny and I wanted the style to match the way I drew Saya here.

I left a few things in the info blank, as I have not figured those out yet.

I tried to give my characters at least three personal jutsus: one offensive, one defensive, and one that can act as both.

I CREATED THE THREE JUTSU THAT ARE BELOW. So don't give them to your characters without my permission. If you'd like help on creating jutsu names (in Japanese, or just in general), ask me, I will gladly help you. :]

- Temporarily stuns the enemy by hitting them with a gust of very cold or very hot wind, depending on the speed that Saya swings her blades. If swung quickly (takes a lot of chakra energy), stuns the enemy with cold air. If swung slowly (but with a lot of chakra control), stuns the enemy with hot air. (NOTE: cold air travels faster than hot air).

墜死の錯覚 (Tsuishi no Sakkaku, literally "Illusion of Falling to Death")
In English: "Tumbling Death"
- Genjutsu that makes the victim feel as if they're endlessly falling. Unlike the illusions cast by the Sharingan, this normal genjutsu only makes the victim feel as if they're falling, it does not alter their other senses. Duration of the jutsu lasts as long as Saya puts chakra into it. For the time being, she can only make it last 10 minutes or so.
Offensive, C-rank
Range: 0-5 meters

丸罰の封鎖 (Marubatsu no Fuusa, literally, "Blockade of Marubatsu)
In English: "Marubatsu Barrier/Shield"
- A protective chakra barrier that blocks genjutsu and most ninjutsu except for Earth elements. Created by the Marubatsu clan hundreds of years before the storyline, when all members still lived in the Land of Wind. User swings double broadswords inward, outward, up and down, and activates the jutsu. Considered an A-rank jutsu because it takes immense chakra control as well as a lot of chakra to maintain strength and length of barrier itself.
Defensive, A-rank
Range: 0-25 meters

1. Background
a.) The Clan
The Marubatsu clan is known to be quite adept in the art of swords. They are famous for the "signature" they leave upon their enemies' corpses--an "OX" before their name, engraved into the backs of their dead opponents. This is because "maru" in Japanese means "circle", and "batsu" means "x". This signature could also be read as, "Hugs & Kisses" as well--a gruesome trademark of the clan. Many members are or were once a part of the ANBU squads.
The clan originates from the Land Of Wind, which is why most members have wind-based jutsu and chakra. During the First Great Ninja War, the family split into two--one half stayed in the Hidden Sand and the other half went to Konoha. The reasons for this split are unknown.

b.) Saya
Saya's immediate family is a very modern, wealthy family. Both parents are now retired ninja who act as reserve Jounin in the event of an emergency. She never talks about her family much, but she mentions that she has many siblings. Although she was not actually treated unfairly or outcasted, Saya had felt different as a child because of her unique appearance. Her parents babied her as a child because of her condition, but fully supported her decision in becoming a kunoichi after she graduated the Academy at an early age.
She is also enrolled in the ANBU training program alongside Koyanagi Yukimitsu, and is stationed in Sunagakure with the rest of her team to study the ANBU tactics there. She is considered lower in skill-rank than Yukimitsu, but is the more motivated of the two. She is familar with the Koyanagi parents, and knew Yukimitsu during their academy days, though they were not close.

2. Appearance
Saya has write hair that reaches below her shoulderblades. It is swept towards the front, and her bangs end right at her hairline. Her hair is very curly naturally, but she used to straighten it when she was younger (pre-Shippuden).
The Marubatsu clan generally have almond-brown hair and blue eyes--however, Saya was born as an albino, and therefore has naturally white-ish hair and pink eyes.
On missions, she wears a modified Jounin vest, a white kimono top, and pieces of armor. The pieces of armor are in the forms of a half-skirt and shoulder-pad like attachments. They're made from what looks like chain-mail, but it's very light and flexible enough to move quickly in. She wears a long kimono top, long pants, and black socks in order to protect her sensitive skin from the sun.
She wears her forehead protector on the top strap of her skirt armor. On her off days, she usually wears a plain t-shirt and a skirt, but she is also seen in the same dark sweatshirt/pants combo that the other members of the ANBU training squad wears.
Saya also uses a special pair of goggles that not only enhance her vision, but also protects her eyes from the sunlight. They look like the goggles that Uchiha Obito wore, except the lenses are completely black from the outside (think tinted car windows). They also serve as a protective device so enemies can not see her red/pink eyes and see that she has any sort of weakness because of her condition.

3. Personality
Because she has a medical condition that limits some of her abilities (though it is not life threatening), Saya is a very cautious person when it comes to everything. However, she's stubborn and not willing to get help with anything until she's desperate, but she is very willing to help others and at any cost. This may come from being babied as a young child, and she has the urge to be independent.
Saya is normally very cheerful, and it's very easy for others to sense when her mood is sour. She often will lash out at others when she's angry or irritated at her own actions, but then will quickly realize what she has done or said, and will apologize frequently.
In her free time she sketches, but is often made fun of because she can not draw very well. However, she's very persistent, and believes that she would have pursued art if she hadn't become a successful kunoichi.

5. Other
- Because of her condition, Saya must take many vitamins, supplements, and pills to further prolong her life and prevent any illnesses relating to albinism. These medications also give her a bit more pigmentation in her skin and hair than others with the condition.
- Her goggles are meant for battle, however, they also protect her weak eyes from the elements.
- Yuriha (Yukimitsu's elder sister) married a man that was a descendant of the original Marubatsu clan. This makes Akiharu (Yukimitsu's nephew, Yuriha's son) a distant relative of Saya's.
