Hmmn, well there are three classes of jobs;
-the entertainers (they put on the shows),
-the maitinence (they maintain and take care of the circus. They also do things such as cooking and costume designing),
-and the behind-the-scenes (they do the behind the scenes [such as lighting and effects] in shows. They also do a lot of secret stuffs)

ohh. i think i'd pick an entertainer. but i probably won't since that might be the most popular one.
so i guess i'll make a chara who does behind-the-scenes stuff...

the open positions are
-head chef
-gate keeper
-head of "clean-up"
-costume designer
-the person that's in charge of acrobats and magicians
