I love drawing shadow in her ghost form. It's a lot of fun drawing her in a scary way. XP Though, I should probably stop drawing late at night. Bad idea.Shadow (c) Me

I think ~f1utterby3 pointed out all the anatomy stuff, so no sense in beating a dead horse. You have a very interesting character design, and you did great on the background.

Nice work! I like the moon, and the colors are very good.
However, I feel as if the piece altogether is a bit dark, and the fence and sky blend together. (I think that's a fence)
I also agree with many of the things ~f1utterby3 mentioned. Her head is placed awkwardly. I would recommend making it more angled, and a touch smaller.
My final suggestion would be to make the tear tracks a bit more divided. Tears, water, blood, etc rarely travels in just one straight track, they split into several smaller tracks, with one main track.
But I really like how well her hair stands out against the dark sky, and her outfit is really pretty!

I like the combination of bright red and black in this piece, all the darkness really sets and interesting vibe for this piece.
Your proportions for the girls are off: her neck is very thick, her head is too big, the waist is way too small, and her legs could probably be a little longer. She also does look very stiff.
You do a little bit of shading in the cloths and I can see some in the arms, but I think you could push it father. Use a variety of shades and then add highlights too! Especially in the hair, it can be really fun to mess around with lighting. You have added some red highlights, which are interesting, but look a little bit blocky and out of place without the rest of the shading.
I really really like the fence in the background, it's well in focus and makes it eerie, almost like a graveyard. I think the moon should be more in focus though. It's fine that the clouds are blurred and such, but the moon looks super blurry and it would make sense for it to be in focus.

Not the best composition in the world and it's hard to pick up whatever story you're trying to tell. When shading, try using the actual colors rather than the burn tool (or whatever it's called in Sai). It evens out the picture much more. I like the idea of what you're doing with her hair, but you left it blocky and unshaded. Definitely work on your anatomy and proportions (why is her neck so thicker than her thighs?). I mean REALLY work on them. Practice practice practice and you'll have much stronger results in the end especially if you're trying to pull of a macabre tone... otherwise it just comes out kind of silly looking. I like the red highlights in her hair as well as the red tear tracks. The bright red really stands out against such a dark background.
I do note that her proportions are off, by quite a margin. in the case of her head. And her dark clothes blend in with the dark background - while the red highlights pop, the rest of her doesn't and that leaves my eye a little confused on where to go.
