Description
This was just for practice in order to not let my hand get too lazy. :'DDHere you can see a bit of a flashback of how 'M' began his awkward early steps in the Creepypasta realm. Not very happy at first but it gradually got better for him.
His first friend was Sally, who enjoyed the way she could easily boss him around compared to others. But in reality, she just wanted to have someone to play with.
His second friend was Jeff The Killer. Though at first they were pure rivals and often got into long arguments over killing. M disapproved of Jeff's tactics and so did he. Eventually they took a truce to push their personal ideals away and see each other as 'normal'.
The rest may be revealed far later.

Awesome sketch! I like how you mention slit mouth woman. Always had my suspicions that she is one of the inspirations behind Jeff the Killer. ANd not just because of her mouth but with the whole 'am I beautiful?' thing. Anyways, really enjoyed your sketch. Poor M.
