The nice thing about MSPaint, PSP, Photoshop, etc is that once you have your piece nicely drawn, you can just add the words graphically, without fear of screwing up and crossing out letters. I had trouble reading the beginning, mainly because of that. I would suggest that future editions of your comic be writtin in that manner.
Secondly, most of the frames are very well drawn, and you have a great drawing style of human figures. But the last one - the rat looks like Maisy, if you use your imagination.
