Description
This is an painting i did some time ago and it now hangs in my living room, it is about 3 metres square you cant tell how big it is in the photo because i cropped the background out, at the time i painted it i was interested in masks and used it as a metaphor for the masks we wear socially in every day situations. It was painted with acrylic paint and i softened edges using black and white car spray paint.Related content

Why thank you very much, I donβt consciously compose I donβt think, it just sort of comes together as I work If that makes any sense? If I plan it often falls to pieces. Thanks again.

reminds of that festival in venice when everyone puts on very elaborate masks, costumes, headdresses etc.
