Custom adopt made for :: Rusaei !!He's meant to be based around a beluga whale (I hope that's fine, I thought they were the cutest)
I wasn't really sure where to go with it so I went with a sort of beach theme, and I even threw in little kitty ears on the hat too! So it's got all the bases covered c: You may change anything you wish.
