thats not a very nice thing to say.. |D; besides, it's up to them that they do with the designs they adopt. Plus they said they were using the designs in their story so I guess they are using them.
and yeah, but atm I got my hands full. I'll put you down on the list for customs if you want though I dont know how long it will take, wouldnt be too long though.

Um, I'd rather you didnt use the exact same colour scheme.. Im not trying to copyright the colour choices but I would suggest making your own.

Lol.. Well it's not art theft, they're colors. And the markings are entirely different so nothing can really be done. It's like saying I can't make a black and purple character because someone else has one. It just can't be done.

yes but the colours werent in the pallet to begin with, black and purple are pretty basic colours. Im not saying you cant use some of the colours I used but I am suggesting you'd mix your own found colours into it. like if you used the main cream colour you could use brown or whatever other colour with it instead of the colours I used.
