i'm totally doing it now.
do you mind if i ask a question? how do you keep all your giftart/trades/comissions organized..i've tried checklists but i cant seem to keep them all strait and then i end up forgetting stuff and i dont get anything done

Well, let me think....
1. When I owe someone something, I add it to my workload (I separate trades, commissions, contests, gifts, and the crazy long waiting list for trades)
2. Not everything is set in stone...the gifts and trades in waiting aren't known yet (the gifts because it's on a whim and the trades in waiting because I'm not that much of a glutton for punishment).
3. But, the ones I already have the information for, they usually tell me in a comment or a note or I hunt them down to make sure (this character or this one etc.). I usually try to remember where the information is so I don't lose it (the comment is written where? the note is where?). But, I usually make a nice folder in my documents labeled with the person's name and stuffed in another folder labeled "Trades" ^-^.

And in those folders, I have the characters they want, some references...some notepads on specifics...and then I go work from one to the other at a time for a very long time until one of them is finished. Oh, look! Your folder's there too. ^^
Anyway, that's how I keep a sane state of mind. Just do what you think is the best way to remember things.

T-T I'm so glad you liked it. I tried so hard to make something beautiful for you...sketches upon sketches and ideas upon ideas...but this is the sweetest one out of the ones I tried and I thought it would be cute and meaningful of things like friendship and girls sticking together and having fun.
