Well this was utter hell. Whoever made this saved it in JPEG so that means if you fill it in with the paint bucket. there will be all thesedumb little pixels everywhere so I had to hand... or rather mousepaint it...If you are planning to make memes like this, do not save in JPEG format... save in PNG format, it doesn't have those dumb little pixels. :v
