In case some of u aren't familiar with Magic: The Gathering , she's an angel named Avacyn in that series.

because if she's the angel of hope I seriously doubt she would be DRESSED LIKE THIS.
If she's the angel of seduction or sensuality or something like that, I would believe it.
Avacyn would be more conservative and be most likely dressed in long flowing robes than skimpy attire.

I understand and agree your point, however that is part of the request of this commission and not uncommon. In fact if u look at other official Magic art some of the characters aren't dressed in the most relevant way, eg Angel of light, the old Serra angel, Hero of Bladehold, etc. In my opinion the real angel of hope will probably be dressed in full armor instead of robes, if u consider she is up against demons like Griselbrand.

ah you have a point there, although some of the angels are dressed in armor.
I agree with you on the aspect of her dressed up in full armor, because she's fighting demons who will devour her if she doesn't kill them outright.
