It is. He gets the omnitrix (or as he personally calls it, The Sentient Apple Watch xD), And his Friends are there to support him. Some of the original Ben 10 Villains return, but some of their origins are altered. I gave him a few of Ben's Original Aliens, but because its Jack, I gave him some New Aliens that best suited him.
