Description
Team Shinobi PH (consisting of Mitsuhiko, Shinko and Kenneth) are on a mission to get information of a suspected organized crime syndicate who's been terrorizing Eagle City for months. As soon as they grabbed valuable intel in a room of the supposed hideout, it was a trap; releasing sleeping gas that knocks them unconscious. When they awaken, they found themselves captured at the hands the same crime syndicate that turns out to be a group of rogue ninjas who wanted to know the secrets of the Ninja Gum. Now, bound to chairs and their weapons along with the ninja gum have been taken away, can they accomplish their task or end up in failure?

NOTE(S):
It was pretty difficult to make the rogue ninja Scouts and Spy by searching around the addons.
The black suited TF2 Spy in a demon mask (Noh Mercy) is the crime boss of the rogue ninjas. He's a formidable opponent every ninja has ever faced.
