She looks real cool! I wonder who's the mom? Mermista or perhaps a certain captain of the guard? Hummm..........Maybe Merman was trying to destroy the evidence when he wanted to sacrifice Teela to Bacoul!

Love your version, although I must admit she feels more on the side of the good guys, than a villain. I think its the soft edges. I really like her gauntlets.
