Hey guys this pic was done for my buddy Lion-O. It's called the Death of Randor. It's based on the Death of Superman cover. I just changed the characters and added Skeletor and He-Man on the back. Skeletor killed Randor, he laughs and points at the dead body while He-Man has him grabbed by the neck in pain.Hope you dig!

I have never seen that picture before and I'm really blown away.
Poor Marlena but at least Randor has a peaceful expression, as if he was glad he could see her a very last time before he dies.

Great picture Mike, very powerful, sorry it took me so long to get here, it was worth the wait. Here's looking forward to the sequel. 
Funny, I showed this to a friend of mine and she said she thought Randor looked like Obi-Wan from Attack of the Clones.

Yup I have that Graphic Novel, first DC story I ever read and quite epic. Fire was such a sexy babe in that as well and wish there was more of her, guess you'd substitute her for Teela in this case. Or maybe the Sorceress since Teela doesn't fly. Guess Randor tried to finish what he started in the pilot and wasn't all that successful huh.

Awesome, very dramatic lighting. It really adds to the darkness and pain of the overall piece. Plus it really shocases what an incredible prick Skeletor is. Great Job!

I gotta say something about the moons tho, the stars would not be visible in the shadowed part of the small moon. I would also dabble in running some artistic filters on the moons so that they dont look so photographic.
