Description
The Russian Military Ground Forces "Iron Bear",aka TA-51 R.A.M.S. (Reinforced, Armored, Manned, System). The TA-51 is one of the most heavily armored R.A.M.S. currently deploy by any combat forces. The TA-51 was designed as a frontline and infantry close support unit. Like the AS-90 (Devil Dog) the TA-51 is equipped with a limited flight system. That allows it to dart around the combat zone and make jet assisted leaps. The "Iron Bear" is equipped with a top mounted ground radar system that was designed to work in the cluttered urban landscape. The TA-51 is armed with a twin-linked belt feed 20mm cannon, with two 400 round drums. The "Iron Bear" can also be equipped with a arm mounted clip feed auto grenade launcher or and 40mm anti-tank rifle. The TA-51 is als equipped with built it smoke dischargers located on the forward facing thigh armor.
The "Iron Bear" appears in The Calling and a few other book over here at Angel Comics and Bad Cog Studios.

Gotta love mecha. You have quite the knack for creating engines of destruction.

Nice! The torso and crotch features (that pulley-like thing) make this look like a bigger mech than your usual designs. What's the scale?

As always, nice mecha. How I 'hate' the ease with which you come up with acronyms--R.A.M.S.! Drives me nuts!
