-Bio: The greatest evil from British Railways, he is forced to be reckoned with. Diesel 10 is the master of mayhem, as he is an evil, violent, ruthless, and manipulative diesel that hates steam engines to all ends. His name means that he is 10 out of 10 for brutal strength and devious deeds. Ever since he was first built, he had a vision too dominate the railway industry in Britain by replacing all steam engines with diesel traction, and enjoys taunting the “puffballs”, as he rudely calls them whenever he gets the chance. After an accident a year after he was built, he was repaired, but was given a large added-on, non-regulation, hydraulic claw as ordered by Dr. Baron Beeching, whom really saw true potential in him, despite his claw being an illegal modification. He was used primarily in both rail maintenance, but his favorite of all, a scrap merchant, as he mainly used his claw, whom he calls “pinchy”, as a weapon to terrorize steam engines. Many of the arrogant, spiteful and steam engine-hating diesels on British Railways look up to him, as Diesel 10 has gained a cult following to discredit steam, and he especially hates the Island of Sodor and all the engines in there because of how it goes as far as to keep the traditions of railway history alive. Despite his intimidating appearance, not all steam and diesels alike fear him, and are more than capable of standing up to him. But wherever there is disaster or chaos on the line, Diesel 10, along with his incompetent sidekicks, Splatter & Dodge just so happen to be there... not until General Snow comes along.

-Artist's Commentary: Here's my next promo which I have been anxious too upload for a long time, and what better day than the 10th, and since this is my 100th deviation on deviantart (whoa, could believe that). If you guys thought I wasn't gonna upload a promo for Diesel 10 and not include him in my fanfic, than your out of your mind, as despite how bad Thomas and the Magic Railroad (2000) was, I will admit that one of the best parts of the film is definetley the villain, Diesel 10, like seriously, he's easily one of the best non-Awdry characters we've gotten, as he is a pretty awesome villain in the Thomas the Tank Engine franchise, and I love his design, especially how they handled the animatronics on his claw, pinchy, even though its pretty unrealistic for a diesel to have that on his roof, he's still really intimidating, yet a comical antagonist. But overall, the movie, director's cut or not, should've never been made, despite the director's cut does sound a little interesting, and I will definetley use ideas from that in Engines Together, but Magic Railroad as a whole will not exist in my series, but spoiler alert, I will plan to add P.T. Boomer as Diesel 10's driver. I used too love the film as a child, but growing up now, I can see why it bombed at the box-office, and has a 19% on Rotten Tomatoes, as the plot holes, poor acting, and one thing I hated as a child, the fact that the Thomas characters are barely in it all because of some unnecessary and bland human characters we honestly don't even care about, Awdry would've been spinning in his grave over this, hell, this felt like a film on its own that didn't even need Thomas in it, and with the director's cut, maybe it would've gotten mixed reviews and would've been an okay film, but despite the cool villain, amazing set and model designs, cool special effects, interesting concept ideas I plan to use, and awesome score by Hummie Mann, this film is really not that good, but the Sodor scenes are watchable to me at least, at least its better than the modern series any day.

But back on topic to Diesel 10; I really enjoyed doing his design on Illustrator, especially his creepy and ugly face, oh, and pinchy! He will have the same persona he'll have from Magic Railroad, devious, ruthless, psychotic, but still comical and sarcastic, and Splatter & Dodge being his low-level functioning lackeys. But many of you who have read my bios are probably wondering, who is General William Snow that I keep mentioning, and what will he be like in my series? Well, when I draw him, your questions will be answered, as princeofwhales1223 and I have been working on this together as we're best friends, but don't worry, this will not be like Tragic Failroad we're some unknown human character will be taking up most of the screen time than the characters we know and love and make it their own series, because I tell you, I freaking hate that. But Diesel 10 will be working on British Railways, and only a temporary member on the Northwestern Railway, as it will be different from what his CGI counterpart got back in 2011 & 2013, and also, Calling all Engines will not exist at all in my series, because let's face it, that movie sucks, and it poorly depicted Diesel 10. And I also mean what I said about how not all the engines are afraid of him, as I find it ridiculous that all the engines are, it makes sense for young engines like Percy, Bill, Ben, Paxton, etc. to be, but the other engines like Gordon, Henry, Thomas, Toby, BoCo, Bear, etc., won't be, especially BoCo, as I have plans for a BoCo & Diesel 10 rivalry. But I will not give away anymore details, as I've said enough, but I don't know how I plan to do an arrival date for him and the Splodge pair, but be sure to catch them very soon.

So for my updated, again, I change the brake line and brighten the colors.
