Hi guys, yep, we got us another Face Mask sheet, and I thought after Sir Handel, I could do another narrow gauge engine, and on his and Peter Sam's grandfather/mentor figure, Duke, who I decided to call the "Graceful Engine" instead of "Lost Engine" now, considering that well, he's obviously not lost anymore, LOL! Now Duke was also interesting to, as Faces 7 & 8, his shocked expressions were strangely never used on the show once, so it was nice to really use them, as once again, I do think all of Duke's faces are amazing. But not like Edward & BoCo, I don't have a lot of really expressive or original ones as I can't really saw that in Duke, but I do love how they capture this elderly engines that's kind, warm-hearted, but a strict disciplinarian that favors firmness and order more. His appearance alone would command respect, so would his faces, as my favorite for the old engine would of course, it's Faces 1 & 2, as well as 9 & 12 for capturing that warm-hearted grandfatherly side of an engine who's seen it all and despite getting annoyed with know-it-all youngsters, knows he can't live without them. But I also like Faces 3 & 4 for capturing that strict, disciplined, grandfather side of Duke when young-ins act up. Duke's easily one of the best characters in the Thomas the Tank Engine franchise despite being in 4 stories in his spotlight book and in S4, shame as we probably would've gotten all these faces masks, but he's still legendary, and I hope you guys enjoy!
