Description
Hi there folks! We've got another look at the awesome sprite work from our upcoming card game. Sergei's work on the lagano of Tellest was especially cool because they can be so varied. We actually went easy on him and gave him just lizardfolk (lagano encompasses other reptilian races as well). He did a phenomenal job though! Skithis, the one on the far right, featured in one of my short stories. If you're interested in seeing other Tellest artwork, take a look at the gallery: tellest.com/art-gallery/
And if you'd like to help make Tellest a fantasy world that's bigger and better, consider taking a look at our Patreon page: www.patreon.com/tellest
With more support, we can get more of this art made up, search for more writers, and bring you more cool content! Thanks for checking it out!

Thank you very much! We lucked out with our artist, big time. I only hope that a lot of people are drawn to the art style when we show the game off at conventions!

I can't wait to get more of these done. We'll be in Comic Con in a couple months. If people like the game, we'll start talking about booster packs with new characters!

The game is separated into adventure cards and chamber cards. Each player draws 5 adventure cards at the beginning of the game. They can be warriors, thieves, clerics, or mages. The chamber cards are placed in the playing area face down until you have a rectangle or square that goes back to the entrance. Typically it's 20 cards, but you add 5 for every additional player over 2. The players take turns proceeding through the dungeon, treating it almost like a monopoly board. Chambers can be purchased with mana that you get from passing the entrance (or from special chambers). Adventures take damage in the rooms, which is why it's a good reason to buy them—if you own the room, you don't take damage. Also, if you own the room, you choose which of your opponent's adventures takes damage when they land on it.
My favorite part of the game is that it never plays the same way twice. The cards can end up in any order, and you never know what adventurers you'll end up with!
