Description a friend suggested i draw (vertigo's) death. i didn't feel like doing the classic design, and wondered how she'd look if she were designed today so this is what i came up with.

I love, love, love this. The angles of her face and hair, the textures, the grey tones. To me the book cover isn't even necessary - she's just rad looking!

i've been wanting to do more, but its hard to find good reference. (interesting pose + cute model + quirky or stylish fashion) its great practice. i'm trying to imitate what cameron stewart does so well.
