That's not Super Saiyan 2 Trunks, that's Ultra Saiyan Trunks. Trunks has never been shown as a SSJ2 in the series.

He was shown super saiyan two in dragonball Z Budokai 2 for the PS2. Although, he's super saiyan 2, nothing much changes. Lol.
