Filled the gaps with stars and stuff [link] , then used a compass adding 1cm at a time.

eeee. this is uberly awesome. I'm amazed how neat and well done the blue circles in the background are. Seriously. And the shading's really good, not to mention I love the little details like the card and stars going on!
