Here is an ultimate class lucario. the info on my diferent lucario classes can be found here: [link]She is Natasha, a russian lucario. Doesn't mean she's russian. In the story, when my clan is attacked by team rocket the first time, she runs away and a traveller, a russian, gets her and raises her. Naturally wasn't much longer until she would start wonderign who she was, and where did she came from. She attained her ultimatum (The ultimate form, an Archangel) in the cold mountains of siberia.
As for artwise, this is the first time I test a fur effect, hope you like it.

I simply use a yellow and white sphere, put some gaussian blur and then use an outter glow effect
