not exacly children, these riolus are put to test at their own will, they are not newborns, in human age they might be... 17, 18

That would be like comparing dog years to human years. What might be 18 years for us would only be a half a year for them. Case in point; while they might technically be at that age in human years, they would have the life experience of an infant. I'm not really trying to start a debate, just a little detail that I felt like throwing out there.

damn scaling down lucario sized armour, and fitting all the devices in it, into a riolu sized package would have been quite difficult....
