sirgen , a Shiny Riolu who has proven his worth in the recent detachment of rookies. His qualifications made him stand out greatly, who granted him direct access to the RWE Project squad, under the orders of Howtizer. His handling of handgun type weapons made him a "must have" on the army.Stage 2 art

but...wouldn't that take a while? and in the heat of combat, it's hard to concentrate when there's bullet's flying everywhere and you could die in the blink of an eye.
