I've always wondered whether your returns to Manga studio, in your process, was more of a personal preference or for functionality purposes. What do you do there, that you can't do in photoshop? I've only used manga studio once, so i don't really know it.

It's probably due to Manga Studio's super crisp vector lines that are suitable for animations. Photoshop is good for painting and everything, but its line quality is not for crisp animation.

There's also couple of paint bucket properties useful to animation in Manga Studio like x-pixel gap wouldn't let the paint bucket fill outside the gap and such

I use Manga Studio every now and then, and I *never* knew it had the ability to animate. I almost have to wonder if Mike means "anime studio" or if Manga studio really can produce animation
