I don't have much to show, but, I want to give a lil gift as a 'thank you' for those who reported the art thief in Newgrounds...It's not really useful, but, I just hope i'm able to show some things for people to learn... It's recommended to know how to use Photoshop and AfterEffects first before looking at it...
I've also added an animated gif showing how a scene was prepared element by element... (Click 'Download'... 6mb tho)

'Kay, i tried counting and the total frames are approx 964... (that excludes the frames for non-animating elements)

Due to sudden changes DA implemented regarding GIF files with preview image, I decided to remove the gif to make the tut show up again

This is so helpful! I was being really particular with everything, coloring and doing the details in photoshop. When I wanted to add a little scene in, I had to reanimate a lot of it and WAH. THANK YOU.

I did it the hard way though and drew and colored EVERYTHING out one by one.... ; __ ;
Then I found this when I was done ; w ;
Then I started crying because I spent so long working on it doing it the long way...T_T

Another question.. what software did you use to create your storyboard?
Like how did you do the storyboard while playing music at the same time? I tried it in Photoshop and After Effects, but I just can't seem to figure out how to do it.

Dude.. I've wanted to make (finish [sort of]) the story where the actually try to find each other and in the end they do :3 I'm probably going to start on it tomorrow. But, I still wish you would make a story like that as well. I would very much enjoy that.

ohh cool I loved the video it was amazingly animated... I think photoshop its really difficult for animating (dosen't let you see timing completly) you`ve done a really good job...
you should try "tvpaint animation" its like a photoshop but its an animation program (used it in my projects and its amazing...bad part the pro version its pretty expensive)

I am very perplexed about how you are saying " draw the outlines first" then " color base white." anyone here know to color the base? Everytime I try to laso it, color it or anything, on mutiply or not, it covers my lines. Please help!
